Storey Kenworthy Installs Special Commemorative Artwork

The final piece of our 75th Anniversary puzzle was placed recently with the installation of a very special piece of commissioned artwork.  During early discussions about how to celebrate this milestone in the Storey Kenworthy legacy, we came to the conclusion that a piece of custom artwork would be a great solution. We looked at works from several Iowa artists, and found the work of Mary Snyder Behrens especially intriguing.  Her works of mixed media are very thought provoking and we were sure that she would be the perfect artist to capture the spirit of Storey Kenworthy and its past 75 years of business.
The result was even better than any of us could imagine.  The triptych piece, which measures a total of more than 200 inches wide and 48 inches tall, greats clients as they visit out newly remodeled supply division in the 1333 Ohio Street, Des Moines location.
